this is the steps you need to install the cursor :
1 : go to settings > layout > HTML
2 : look for the </body> code (use ctrl + f to find )
3 : copy and paste the cursor code, below the code </body> :

4 : save your template and done..
*if you want to change your animated cursor , pick one from here
http://www.cursors-4u.com/ and replace the blue URL
